“Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen, das Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einfach schön und zentral, da man zu Fuß ins Städtchen kann, oder mit Bus/Bahn -ebenfalls fussläufig- nach Rotterdam, Delft, an den Strand etc. fahren. “Got the cosy single room, which was great and more than sufficient for my needs - good sized desk and a some electrical outlets woth built in USB ports. Nice clean bathroom. Would have been good if the late night access could be done with the card - had to wait 10 minutes while the person at the desk was helping a customer.”

“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

The tram stop was right in front of the hotel but we waited a bit too long for the tram n the return tram stop was not so near n easy to the hotel. Our room didnt hv a sheltered walkway so we were exposed when it rained.”
