Quaint cozy cottage beautifully decorated close to town.
"We were in Brevard for a few days and stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to walk to town and the surrounding neighborhoods were beautiful. As a gardener, I had to stop and study all the different flowers ."

"The front and back yards were extremely overgrown with grass and weeds - and outdoor walkways and steps were covered with tree and yard debris. NO curb appeal. Otherwise - comfortable for 2 anglers."
