“Very exceptional space that was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, the place was clean. Kitchen was well stocked as far as cutlery and kitchen utensils were concerned. “It’s the bare minimum I would accept for this price point. It’s a decent place, needs lots of work. Not even talking about updates. The single parking spot is disappointing for a 4 bdrm condo. It’s also not super easy access. Check in process was easy enough off site. Location is the gem for this one if you can take the subpar beds and kitchen. The tvs are decent, the use of furniture not bad. Just set expectations lower on this rental. ”

“First off, property management office is in Dillon and requires a credit card on file for "incidentals", despite me having booked and paid through Expedia. You will also need to physically go to their office in Dillon (~15 miles from the property) to pick up hotel style keys. Besides this inconvenience the condo was old and outdated and it was difficult to tell the last time a vacuum was run in there.
