“Excellent hotel with great breakfast! Close to Airport Express station.”

“We liked everything about the hotel. It is located in the Mira Flores district and very walkable to cafes, restaurants, Larco Mar beach area, Kennedy Park, and shopping areas. All staff members were friendly, pleasant, and helpful in every way possible. The night of the Super Bowl, they kindly turned on the game for us (a tour group of 40 people) in their Murano Restaurant and Lounge Bar and extended their hours there by one extra hour so we could all watch the game. An area of much needed……

“A truly lovely hotel and sadly I was rather unwell whilst I was there. I was VERY grateful that I was granted a later check out time which was very kind and gave me a little longer to rest before my long journey back to Scotland. Eduardo at concierge looked after me extremely well and my friends the Clarksons who were also in the hotel at the same time. We appreciated his valuable service. All in all this is a FANTASTIC hotel and it was delightful experience despite my illness.”

“extreme convenient for transit to from airport. 3 mins walk away. the only thing not perfect was we were given a connecting room, the couple next door was very noisy at night”

“Bell boy show very welcome to us to help us to load the luggage. The lobby is amazing. Room is comfortable. Walking distance to restaurant and shopping mall. Very good one. But there are no kettle in the room. We go to front desk to ask, staff ask me go to a restaurant, but the staff in restaurant is not very welcome and said “ I can only give you this time, no next time” let us felt not good. Just ask for add one hot water, right? We didn't get any water and left. But this is not good……
