“Very nice!”

“Very nice hotel, majority of staff friendly and helpful, good rooms, amazing infinity pool. Beach area very tired and overlooked, needs new walkway, umbrellas and sunbeds, a total revamp. Main bar and evening area very open and if windy like a wind tunnel so can be quite chilly in the evenings, plus insufficient seating for the size of the hotel. Main restaurant not intimate, quite cafe feel rather than restaurant unless you manage to get seated in the slightly upper small middle section.……

“My overall experience at the D Andrea Lagoon was very positive. The customer service was amazing and the premises were great. The only down side of the overall stay would be the area around the hotel. This hotel would be for people that are looking to relax, without doing much. The private beach was also under construction, while I was told I could access the beach via de neighbouring hotel, I was not allowed to do that also when I got there. The hotel is far from everything else, the town/……

“please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you……

“The Hotel was 5* luxury. The staff, management were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Everything was clean and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing and perfect outside area to have it. Location to Kos Town was about a 30 minute walk. The only thing I would criticise is on the Expedia website we had the option to pay at property at an extra cost. The hotels policy was payment had to be made 7 days prior to arrival. I did query this and the hotel, on this occasion, agreed we could pay……

“I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct. Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food. I always carry some candy in my backpack and was dismayed to discover ants made their way into my backpack when I left. The rest was OK, food was OK,……

“The overall stay was very good and we had a good time. Our cabin was not really up to date and the photos submitted a different feeling. It was okay but pretty simple and useful. We could not use the closet because it was only stuff for hanging things. We really liked how the whole area was designed and that they planted vegetables all around. ”

“We stayed for one night, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. However, we were disappointed with the sea view from our room. The balcony wall was too high and made of concrete, obstructing the view significantly. The sea view was also partial and quite distant, which did not meet our expectations. The front desk staff tried to assist us by offering another room, but unfortunately, the view was still not as we had hoped. Despite this, all the staff were very friendly and made our stay……

“Wow what an amazing place to stay lovely view of the coast and access to the beach. We stayed here with our family with 2 young children lots for them and us to do! The food was excellent with so many choices and changes every day. The staff are excellent made you feel really welcome and helped us out with the pram. I would say maybe just have some ramps for prams to rooms but we didn’t mind lifting it up the few steps we had to. All in all this was an amazing stay and we will definitely be……
