“We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. “The hotel service was very disappointing. We booked 2 rooms and paid, but once we arrived we found out the staff had double booked the room so we had no where to stay and they charged us for the room anyway. Would not recommend. Can’t trust. 这间酒店非常令人失望，绝对不推荐。他们一个房间卖出两次，我们搭国际长途过来出差，来之前已经付过钱，但到达后突然被告知没有房间。但钱也不退。 ”
