“The lady on reception called Wendy is just so wonderful, she spoilt our dogs! She was so kind and her service brilliant. We stayed with our dogs. It’s a £20 surcharge per night for dogs. Grounds are lovely. Lovely walk to the river from the hotel. Breakfast was great. Two pubs nearby to eat at, the red lion (great old pub food) or the waterfront Inn by the river which has gorgeous views. You need to park up the road and walk down. “I loved staying at Jacob's Ladder. The rooms are gorgeous and the owners are fabulous. You can walk all over Falmouth from this location. The pub is fun and family friendly. The food is great. My room was very quiet. I'll definitely stay here again!! ”

“Lovely setting and quieter than central Falmouth. We had a nice sea facing room, which was spacious. It was good to have access to the pool, sauna and gym. It is an old property, so some aspects are a little tired. That being said, I would definitely stay there again. It was great value. ”
