“Overall was happy with our stay. Was given a room which stunk as though someone had just been smoking in. We were fortunate, the staff changed to different room. The swimming pool was attractive as water was very low.”

“Very luxury feel on the boat. Staff very friendly and attentive. Great food options and they catered very well for dietary requirements. Only negative was that the evening canapés/drinks on the top deck felt a little tacky and slightly like a school disco at times, and the canapés were not great (half a grape on a slice of stale baguette).”

“The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”

“Nice hotel! I arrived early hours of the morning from a sleeper bus and they were able to accommodate check in at this time. The room was comfortable, clean and finished to a high standard. I would stay here again.”

“Awesome room and staff. The hardware is pretty new. There's not much shopping or restaurant in that area. But the hotel has a restaurant on its own. Staff speak good English and always smile at you. Wonderful service. ”
