“At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . “They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain everywhere of course but dangerous slippery tile, If this was in America, they would have been sued. Just back from Dr.: hurt my back, bruised my pelvis and sprained my wrist. The owners do not……
