“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“Clean, friendly staff. Decent breakfast and a nice central location in Bilbao. Having the room next to the staff door maybe wasn't ideal but there was only one morning when they were using it.”

“Tuve poco tiempo para disfrutarlo, lluvia toda la noche, pero con un balcón muy agradable, pude disfrutar él espectaculo de la naturaleza. La cercanía con él aeropuerto fué genial, ideal para entegar o recoger él auto en renta 8 minutos de distancia. ”
