“Checking in was really bad. Only one desk clerk and I was behind four people. I waited for at least 45 minutes before I was checked in. My impression was that the computer system was not operating properly. The one clerk could not deal with all the issues quickly. Some of my information was not transferred to them from Travelocity and needed to be manually entered. The room itself was only so-so. It is part of a casino so the price was reasonable. ”
