“The stay itself was wonderful, we had a gorgeous view from our room and the Adriana resort is gorgeous. The only issue was that we booked for Beach Bay but didn’t get to stay at the hotel we originally booked. We showed up and they had already closed for the season, but we never received any message from Hotels.com about it.
