“The stay itself was wonderful, we had a gorgeous view from our room and the Adriana resort is gorgeous. The only issue was that we booked for Beach Bay but didn’t get to stay at the hotel we originally booked. We showed up and they had already closed for the season, but we never received any message from Hotels.com about it. There was definite confusion at the beginning, but they got us in at their sister hotel which was beautiful. ”

“We got to Viz before the season started with many places closed up. I was so worried this would be a bust. However the staff at the hotel Avete, Maria and Tamara were wonderful and helped us have a fun and relaxing time, making great recommendations for food, helping with a rental car and giving us tips on where to go.
