“Nice hotel that is a good alternative to airport hotels. On our dates, it was nearly 3 times cheaper than most hotels at CDG. It is a little bit further ~30 mn with morning rush hour, but a great option for anyone with a car. Staff was very friendly ”

“The staff provided the very good service to make customers feel comfortable. They accepted early check in at 8 am in the morning. This is great for a business traveller from Asia when they arrive in Paris most of time in early morning and can have rest and clean up for the business meeting.”

“Breakfast was a disaster. Coffee machins worked, everything else was out, unappealing or unappetizing - orange juice, eggs, bacon/ham?, toast (toaster only half worked and slowly). Eggs out of a carton and still wet. We just left and looked for breakfast elsewhere. I know that everyone arrived at the same time, but 40 people milling about trying to find something to eat is not good. Easily the worst hotel provided breakfast in 3 weeks.”

“已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。 旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。 當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。 我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。 感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。”
