“Staffs are the best of this staying experience. Hotel condition certainly will benefit from proper update but room prices are reasonable. Parking spacing if done properly would certainly avoid people parking in two spaces. Many large bugs are found in room but have to give up changing room after the second room as they didn’t have another one for us to change to.”

“A hotel that would write the name of a country incorrectly, mixing up Taiwan and “Taiwan, a province of China,” which is clearly a mistake made by someone with insufficient knowledge. Does opening a hotel really need to involve unnecessary politicization? It’s a shame that such a beautiful city like Heidelberg is marred by this hotel’s actions.”

“Pretty good in location (near the river), accommodation, and breakfirst service! You can reach the most main scenes of Heidelberg by walk in 10 mins. Bus stop is just near the hotel, you can reach the hotel by bus from Heidelberg main station.”

“Sehr schönes und luxuriöses Hotel. Top Frühstück. Saunabereich leider zu klein ausgelegt. Gerade mal 6 Liegen für ein so riesiges Hotel ist viel zu wenig. Wer ein Hotel zum Saunieren sucht, ist woanders besser aufgehoben. Parken kann man auch kostenfrei um das Hotel herum. Ist genügend frei.”

“Great location in Heideberg. The bridge is just next to the hotel entrance! The breakfast is superb!! Must add breakfast! However, the walls are quite thin, be prepared to hear about what people are doing in next door 😂”

“Sehr sehr freundliche und motivierte Dame an der Rezeption (leicht rötliche Haare). Zimmer toll. Frühstück sehr gut. Die einzige Sache die ich beanstande ist das meiner Meinung nach bei der Buchung der Junior Suite für 280€ die Nacht das schnelle Internet (5€ extra pro Tag) inklusive sein sollte.”
