“It was absolutely beautiful! The grounds and views were stunning and the staff was incredible! The room had rustic charm and was very spacious, however, the AC did not work and there was no mini fridge. The continental breakfast was EXCELLENT. We walked the property as well as the road leading to it and enjoyed the views and the flowers. We would definitely stay there again!”

“The villa enjoys a tranquil countryside setting while still offering convenient access to Bologna’s main attractions. Guests often take advantage of the nearby hiking trails, visit the Marconi Museum, or make the scenic trip to the Basilica of San Luca. That said, some visitors have found the property a bit tricky to locate at first, citing its remote position and the presence of several entrance gates as potential challenges during arrival.”

“Wonderful stay off the Via Degli Dei week long trail from Belogna to Florence. We walked form the trial to the hotel, and then paid for them to drop us back on to the trial. Fabulous food and atmosphere!”

“La struttura è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità! Abbiamo trovato la camera pulitissima e confortevole. Unica pecca che non mi fa fare il massimo dei voti: le camere non sono per nulla isolate acusticamente, potevamo sentire parlare i nostri vicini e ogni volta che qualcuno saliva le scale era come fossero in camera, per chi ha il sonno leggero come me consiglio i tappi per le orecchie. ”

“One would not expect to find such a jewel of a hotel in that alley! Walking distance to center of old city. Nice and clean room, small deficiencies were promptly remedied. The garden area was fabulous and surprising. Just to sit there and listen to the blackbird while sipping coffee was memorable. Strong recommendation for a week-end stay/mini-holiday.”

“Helpful staff and decent on-site parking area. The parking area and the streets surrounding the hotel are a little narrow, as is typical of Bologna, but can successfully accommodate at least a mid-sized SUV. The room itself was very spacious and had plenty of surfaces for use and storage. Lots of amenities and lots of windows that can let in natural light (with adjustable blinds). We would've liked to be able to adjust the shower water to be hotter, but had no issue with the sink/wash basin……
