“nice hotel, great location, right in the center, 2mins to the two towers, and the main shopping area. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so Richful of choices and yummy! “We had an amazing stay at La Finestra Sul Canale! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and offered great suggestions for things to do in the city. The space was very clean and we felt very safe. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come again!”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“Super schöne Unterkunft! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer haben alles was man braucht (Klimaanlage war wichtig) und der Innenhof ist wunderschön grün. Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend um fußläufig Bologna zu erkunden. Das Auto konnten wir vor dem Hotel mit einem 24 Stunden Ticket für 9€ parken, da die Garage voll war (haben wir aber auch vorab nicht angefragt). Insgesamt seeehr zu empfehlen!”

“We stayed at Residenza Palazzo Marchesini in late April/early May 2025 and loved it. The property is well located and provides easy access to anywhere you wish to go in historic Bologna. Carlo is an amazing host - he was very kind and generous in sharing local information and steering us to some great restaurants and sites to see. We absolutely loved Bologna and would definitely like to return someday. Thanks Carlo!”

“Good location! Free wifi! Free two bottle waters! We only feel little bit noisy for the apartment. Other residents walk the stairs from the same building , you could hear it. The TV quite small and only Italian channel. If you are just for a night and then next day catch a train. It is quite good stay.”
