“Modern hotel on the outskirts of Bologna. You would need a car but this hotel has safe, free parking and is just a few minutes' from the airport. (There are no obvious petrol stations at the airport so fill up the night before if you have booked full to full.) It was a modern, clean room with a 'minibar' type fridge and range of toiletries. They changed the sheets each day. I did book in advance but it cost about £70 for 2 nights B&B for 2 in a double room. Breakfast was very good, help yourself……

“The hotel is a ways out from the historic center, but the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Coming back, the bus doesn't return from the same location. The tourist office will tell you where. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is private parking behind the hotel. Would stay there again.”
