“I never satyed in such a discomfort and bad hotels. Starting from the check-in to check-out so irresponsible. I had to change the rooms twice, not cleaned and ventilation is not good. The reception staffs are not helpful, you can rarely found the staffs to listen your issues or request. Even for hot water you need to pay and come down to the Bar and wait till they come. Nothing positive to say. I had to stay for my business anyway. I'll recommend not to consider this hotel if you are……

“室內大到跟小公寓一樣，跟一般旅館不同，還提供兩套衛浴設備，完全沒有搶廁所的問題。不知為何房間有幾隻小瓢蟲，我隨手放到戶外了。入住時發現小金庫沒電了，有跟櫃檯小姐說明，傍晚回房後還是沒解決，反而是散在床上的衣物被折好，有點怪？後來自己換電池後一切正常。主浴室的暖器沒辦法發熱，直到離開時還是沒辦法解決，應該是熱水管的問題，還好室內其他區域都可以使用。浴室洗手台上的水龍頭不太好用，水溫也不太好調整，要習慣一下。還有停車場只提供一日的免費服務，其餘不管住幾天都要收費，好像不鼓勵連續住宿。比一般住宿來講應該算是很不錯的選擇，住起來很舒服”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”
