“My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. There’s welcoming drinks when we checked in and macarons in the room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our room is quiet(best thing for this hotel), bright, spacious and with a big balcony with sea view. The breakfast has a lot selections and the food has a certain quality. We also love the dinner at the restaurant in hotel; it’s a bit pricey but really worthy and delicious . The beach is beautiful and quiet. However, it’s not the most convenient……

“I travelled Hammamet this hotel because of the wellness spa I want to experience, indeed they have a very good Hamman and also massage service supplied by their professional staff, the massage product they use is also very good smell. “Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in……

“All the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Front desk helped me arrange my transportation and provide recommendations and waiting staff was very friendly and good conversations. “We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice. ”
