“They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain everywhere of course but dangerous slippery tile, If this was in America, they would have been sued. “The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access……

The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.”

“I stayed here for 4 nights. I decided to stay here because this is a newly built hotel near my Fiancé’s house. On my 1st night i have to go to the front desk and let them know that the key they provided wont open my door, they send a maintenance guy to open my door using a screw driver. I have to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times because of this. “It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues……
