Contacted hotel few times regarding transfer, they never reply. the only message they sent that aboultvtheir constant concession fee and entrance to the park . which yhey charge per day not per entrance. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful! We loved it. Staff was very friendly, food was good, got to see plenty of animals from our room! But be prepared to pay more money by the end. Considering how much we paid for the room, we would’ve thought the airport transfer should’ve been included for free, but nope. $200 each way. That is very expensive. Also, they charge a national park fee daily. We had to pay an extra 1.2K. Just an FYI. But we enjoyed everything. ”

We wanted to stay at this property for an extra night, and cancel the first night at the other property. Everyone told me this would be fine - the staff at this hotel, the staff at the second hotel, and their main office staff. They said to book the second night at this place and then send a request through to cancel the first night at the other property and they would accept……

“Asanja Moru has been around for 9 years is a lovely property. I really like the location in the western part of the Serengeti, it is green and lush and beautifully serene. The camp is charming and the staff are all incredibly good at what they do. There are 2 full time chefs and they prepare the most delicious meals, as good or better than what you could find in an upscale NYC restaurant. The fresh food is delivered on a regular basis and they take pride not only in the preparation, but also the……

“Very memorable dinner around the fire. The staffs were singing and dancing very happily from their heart. The beddings are awesome, slept very well for 2 nights. The dinner soup were delicious. The location is not at map so for the first time it’s hard to find.”
