“Really enjoyed my stay at the Waldorf Astoria in Lusail. The staff were extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. They always place the needs of the guests first…hallmarks of a true luxury hotel. I was well looked after by everyone. Some of the team members I remember were Sangeeta (reception), Kat (concierge), Vishal (concierge), and Htun (Scarpetta restaurant). Keep up the good work guys, and thanks so much.
