“This property was awesome—The property owner (I assume) was in contact with me and was available for any assistance. We had adequate towels, linen, etc. My daughter left things behind and Dahlia contacted me even before we realized things were left behind, and offered to, actually shipped them/ it back. “This booking was a scam, got to the property and no reservation listed under my name. Reception confirmed the phone number listed on booking was not the phone number on file for the owner.
