“房間地板為地毯，熱水只夠一個人洗澡預訂機場接送25美金，已事先告知4人4行李，這價格派9人座小巴也不為過，卻來了五人座小客車，且車況不佳，車內有點凌亂，導致車後箱放兩個行李，另外兩個行李是副駕駛座跟後座乘客各抱一個建議開羅機場搭UBER或直接搭計程車(可以現場看車況及大小)，也都好過花25美金跟飯店叫車”

“The hostel locates in a very convenient location that we can walk and uber to places easily. The man who works at the front desk (about 60-70yrs old), he is a super kind and lovely man. For his help, we can take uber at 2am without cash require from uber driver. On the day we stay, unfortunately, the bathroom didn't work properly. We didn't have hot water, and the toilet was hard to flush.”

“This I hostel is amazing for a budget stay: location is great (walking distance from tahrir square, metro is in the heart of Cairo. There are multiple supermarkets and stores nearby, the view is nice, speciay from the balcony of the communal room. The staff are really friendly, room was clean and tidy. “I was very welcomed by Mohamad, the owners son. I had a good size 2 bed room with a balcony that you could see a temple and the air balloons taking off from a beautiful green field. The room was clean, with towels, soap, and a hot shower. Breakfast was delicious with tea, fresh bread, fresh cheese, yogurt, and honey. I’m very grateful to have found this Gem for my Luxor visit. I will definitely be back here. ”

“Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). I cancelled and booked elsewhere. I Will not return”
