“Everything was perfect! Host was extremely accomodating. All facilities were very clean and tidy. There was no dryer when I was there but able to use a hair dryer for clothes! Cozy vibes and 4 minute walk to nearest subway was ideal. When I’m back in Sappppro I’ll be staying there.”

“Great location, near resort only 5 minutes by walking there. Cross the street can find the convenient store to buy food and drinks. But the bed is a little bit small for me. The 1F is restaurant and it is good, you can have dinner there.”

“I came for a snowboarding trip to Rusutsu and Youtei 2 was a great place to stay because it’s very close to the gondola, excellent facilities for snowboarders, hot showers, laundry machines, friendly and helpful staff, and very convenient to 7-11. I would recommend anyone going to Rusutsu to stay at Youtei 2. ”

“Luxurious glamping experience. 2 double bedding for 4 in tent is very comfortable, charging points for electronics well positioned at bedside table, impressed that tent comes with air conditioner n towels. Felt safe with no issue about security. Common toilets n bathroom a short walk away n has all amenities needed. Dinner n breakfast are delicious with free flow of water/juices/coffee till 11pm. A big thank you to all staff enabling such nice experience!”

“Friendly atmosphere, clean, tidy and comfortable. Keeper is nice and helpful. Check-in check-out is easy. Location is reasonably close to the station. Free lift to Hirafu ski arena every morning. ”

“由於從札榥未能塔上快車，所以可能無法在21：30分前抵達旅館，最後連繫上管理人表明狀況並道歉，希望能讓我四十分鍾內抵達，他只有表明這是無法延遲入住的要取消我的權利入住，我當然知道是個人不對有前，但這狀況也不希望發生，而且錢也無法退，22:00到了旅館是一棟幾乎沒有人非常暗的舊樓一直無法取得任何的答覆，在，11點多只好從別的訂房網站又重新付更高的代價並拖了近二十分鍾到新的住宿（當睌飯店幾乎沒有什麼選擇)這是一個非常不好的經驗。”

“I had stayed two nights there, went to hiking in Mt.Yotei , location is perfect for go Yotei. a little big country side but if you drive car, there is not a big deal of it, and it's a peaceful place. staff Ryu is very helpful even though he is busy all the time. He drive me to the mountain access which was early morning. also they offer break first which is very delicious. thanks everyone that gave me a good memories! really want to visit again in winter.”
