“The stay was great! We stayed three nights for rockville and it was much better than where we went last year. The breakfast at the cute cafe next door was delicious ( belgian waffles every morning😊 ) and the people were very friendly, huge shoutout to the lady there overnight! She was so kind and helpful and had the perfect energy! The only thing holding back on 5 stars is the fact that there wasn't a fridge in the room, especially given how much it cost to stay there. Might come back next year……

“Fabulous clean and modern hotel right on the beach. Excellent staff on reception checking in especially Stuart, very helpful with my Marriott account, friendly and professional! Beautiful pool , shame smoking is allowed near to pool that's the only complaint I have!!! The room I had 302 was so clean , beautiful bed and comfortable, sitting area and beautiful large bathroom. Toiletries provided in walk in shower , no bath thank goodness! Breakfast nice too plenty to choose from , definitely……

“This rating would have been 5 stars across the board however the hotel is older and some minor updates need to be made. However, it was very clean, the staff were helpful and kind. The location was in a safe place and convenient to the highway and stores. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay at Ambros. Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean, and the hotel overall was very pretty. Beach access via the pool deck was very easy and I enjoyed that there was a hose to hose down your feet and beach chairs/umbrellas. I recommend staying here! ”

“The rooms and are stay was overall good I just think the housekeeping needs to have a better eye for cleaning cause as soon as we walked in are room there was a sock from a previous guest in eye sore under the chair as you walk in the room but the overall it was clean and a good stay for the most part ”

“My wife thought she booked a hotel, but was a bit mortified when she saw it was a motel. Let me say, it was clean and while it is a self check-in place, when I had a question, it was answered within minutes via text with helpful information. If you've ever stayed in a route 95 motel between VA and FL, then this place is like the 5 seasons in comparison. Clean, comfy, convenient and an incredible value for the location. Don't expect a 5-star Manhattan hotel, but for a clean and reasonable priced……

“It's a little strange how the check-in and check-out process works. We arrived at night, I had already called earlier and the keys were in an old locker, we had the password, everything worked out. There was a leak in the refrigerator and it was fixed in the morning but no credit was offered for the inconvenience. Complimentary parking was great.”
