“This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. “I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated.……

“We put together four dads and sons. Our boys were playing in Sanford and after staying in Sanford and playing one game a day we wanted to have activities for the boys. I encourage baseball families to look at this as an option. It was so much more enjoyable. Our boys loved it. This location has great access to the beach and restaurants - you really get to experience the “old” Florida. NSB is great and this house lets you enjoy everything about it”
