“I really enjoyed staying at The Salty Mermaid. It is an absolutely beautiful location! It is a small hotel and doesn't seem fancy from the exterior, but it was clean and nice inside! It was probably one of the best locations you can get, as you walk right out on the beach, you have chairs and umbrellas provided, and you can walk to the shops and restaurants! I will definitely be going back! ”

“Our hostess was the best part! And that’s saying something because everything from the quaint rooms to the delicious breakfast was excellent. After a day of nonstop driving, seeing and hearing such kindness upon arrival was so refreshing. Very attentive and a great conversationalist. My daughters and I had a most relaxing stay. Hope to return sometime soon. ”

“The stay was great! We stayed three nights for rockville and it was much better than where we went last year. The breakfast at the cute cafe next door was delicious ( belgian waffles every morning😊 ) and the people were very friendly, huge shoutout to the lady there overnight! She was so kind and helpful and had the perfect energy! The only thing holding back on 5 stars is the fact that there wasn't a fridge in the room, especially given how much it cost to stay there. Might come back next year……

“I love staying in the cabanas .They sit away from the main building with kids and families . I prefer the ocean fron room with its own patio off master bdrm and layout of that one vs . the room I had . ”
