“Overall a great stay, highly recommend! There were a few hiccups (WiFi modem/router wasn’t working and we needed to have a new one mailed to the house; the owner was great about arranging everything for that!), she got back to us very quickly! A few maintenance needs, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Great views from the ocean-facing windows! ”

“Our family had an amazing time staying at this property. The layout of the home fit our family perfectly. The location is amazing, walking to Flagler is just a short walk. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores. The location on the beach is my favorite. There is a food truck a few houses down making it nice to be able to grab lunch on the beach. “Our family visited New Smyrna Beach in April and we were lucky enough to have rented this gem. We were looking for a beach rental without having to go out everyday. This home was the perfect place! With the mix in ages in our group, 9 years old to 86 we stumbled upon a fully furnished home with something to offer for everyone in our group. “From the second we got out of the elevator, we were blown away. The views are incredible and the house is so unique. We felt like we were on a huge yacht because it is so close to the ocean it appears is though you are literally in the water during high tide. It is super clean and all the finishes are high end. “312 Crawford is less than a block to one of the best beaches in Florida and just a few blocks from Flagler Avenue and its variety of dining places. The house was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and well-stocked, from the kitchen and bathrooms to the bedrooms and even the garage. It's an ideal location for walking on the beach or walking to the Smyrna Dunes Park. Being able to use the garage and use the bikes was a major bonus. Totally enjoyed our stay there and look forward to going back. ”
