“Our annual work trip takes place in New Smyrna every year, so we have seen a few properties to date. This location takes the cake! Great spot, very clean, and close to everything you could need! The pool was a great perk to hang out, and we even used the grill for dinner one night! The property manager was very easy to get in touch with. 10/10 recommend, and we hope it's available for us to rent next year!”

“Place was great with easy access to the beach across the street. It was a short walk down to the coffee shop on Flagler which was nice. Plenty of room in the living area for all guests for having meals together. The garage was great for storing coolers/beach stuff, but unfortunately we were not able to park any cars in the carport due to it being occupied with a car and golf cart. Would definitely recommend staying there again.”
