“I like staying here. Yes, it's an older property and a bit worn. The price reflects that though. The other near by properties are much higher in price but it's hit and miss on cleanliness and quietness. But here at the Anchorage it's clean. It's quiet. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and are helpful. Whenever I have to come back here for meetings I will stay at the Rochester Anchorage.”

“We go there 2-3 times a year. Same people. Always friendly. There is a golf course behind the hotel that allows outsiders to dine there too.”

“Coffee situation was unclear. There was the same pot brewed not touched since I checked in sat so that was concerning. No coffee or a place to clean that pot to make it and ice maker broken . The room was cozy and quiet and loved the convenient location. ”

“Came for the UNH Graduation weekend. We enjoyed our stay and got everything we requested in a timely manner, in addition to the staff being very kind. Our only complaint was no option to get rooms cleaned in between days of our stay. Other than that, it was great! ”
