“We were greeted by a friendly gal. We got settled into our room but then I needed to go to my car to get something and so I went out to the hall. As soon as I stepped out into the halll I could smell gas. A short while later I went down to the front desk to report the smell. There were two women there and I told them about the smell. They sounded like they were familiar with the smell and said it smells like that when they turn on the heaters for the pool. I was nice and went up to my room but……

“The only issue I found was not at all a reflection of the hotel or staff. Our room was on the second floor and there was definitely pot smoke in the hallway. To the point we smelled it in our bathroom last night and it lingered around this morning. ”

“I look for accomodations that are clean, comfortable, & safe at a reasonable price. I've stayed twice at BridgePointe. I usually travel with food for my special diet, and their in-room refrigerator is better than most. Their free breakfast is OK. I found the bed to be comfortable. ”

“It was good as usual, the beds are getting a little worn out but other than that, same as always when I go to Council Bluffs”
