“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Staff was very patient and kind with us as we did my sons 11th hotel/pool party. We even got an hour extended for checkout! The breakfast was also delicious and fresh! The pool area was awesome and even had an outside patio with sand off to the side. We loved it here, Thank you again for having us!! ”

“2nd time staying here and our go to when visiting the williamsburg area. close to busch gardens. check in quick and painless and front desk staff very friendly. only negative is beds are on the firmer side but are not uncomfortable.”
