“I cannot say enough good things about ESA. This is our second time here and we just extended 1 more day! Justin, Kyla and Beverly are absolutely star players!! The AC blows ice cold but adjusts nicely if you prefer it a bit warmer. The roll in showers with built in shower was that holds 450lbs ”

“The property was a wonderful stay for us! The pool area and tiki huts by the pool were a nice addition … The staff at the Big Tiki were friendly . Loved the chairs and cooler for the beach!”

“Historic property in a great location. Large comfortable room. Reception was friendly and helpful. Thought the prices were comparable to others in the area. We could walk everywhere we wanted to in St. Pete and boy did we walk. My only criticism would be there was no breakfast available. The hotel had 3 floors and no elevator which I could see as problematic for some guests. We would consider staying here again.”

“Clean property, comfortable beds. Good variety for breakfast, but I expected a bit more options. For example, no dairy-free milk, no non-flavored coffee creamer. Overall, we were still able to have a decent breakfast, and I appreciated that coffee is offered all day. The rooms aren't too soundproof; we could clearly hear the TV next door. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Very friendly staff.”
