“Since taking over the property from Super 8, they have done a great job upgrading the rooms with new beds and furniture. The beds are great. My only complaint is the wifi signal in my room was very weak. (I was in room 115.) I ended up going to the lobby and using my computer there to get a stronger signal. They need to add signal repeaters down the hallway.”

“This is hotel is cozy with great staff. I’ve stayed here before. Rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is most helpful and on site security is good. Love this place and the property is kept clean and neat. And the price is affordable for a senior citizen such as myself. Will most definitely stay again when in Rockford Casino Area.”

“The property is very old and dated, they have made some updates to flooring, heating & cooling systems, and desk and chairs. They've also updated the outlets for electronics. It is directly across the street from a casino. So very convenient for people looking to be close. The walls are paper thin so it got quite loud a few times. All in all a nice stay for the price.”

“I liked the property very much. Just one thing I would change, I'm not fond of furnishings that are all open with no place to shut something away - not necessarily locked up, just out of sight. Such as an actual closet and dresser, and a drawer in the night stand. Wonderful people. Enjoyed the breakfast.”

“When I called Baymont regarding my service animal the person answered the phone HELLO! She didn't say Baymont or can I assist you. I asked is this Baymont? She yes, I gave her my name, I asked if a certain room may be available on 1st fl., as my service animal may be with.(we stayed there 3wks ago).I had it as a request on our reservation I made online 2 weeks prior. I asked if a certain rm was availabe , it was convenient next to entrance .She said she was getting ready to leave and would pass……
