“The gentleman the greeted us is amazing! There was a long line to check in, and although he kept the line moving, he was super friendly, gave everyone the information about the pool and breakfast. Super friendly the next day when I said hi. Also, my room had no hairdryer. O called the front desk and the girl was so nice. She explained that they were being stolen. She would send one up. Someone knocked on the door within a minute. ”
