“Overall, we were happy with our stay. Our room and the property itself was clean. Aside from the person who checked us in every other person we interacted with for staff was great. Person who checked us in didn’t even acknowledge us with the hello or a smile, simply said license and credit card when we were checking in and used that information to confirm my name on the reservation. “I like staying here. Yes, it's an older property and a bit worn. The price reflects that though. The other near by properties are much higher in price but it's hit and miss on cleanliness and quietness. But here at the Anchorage it's clean. It's quiet. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and are helpful. Whenever I have to come back here for meetings I will stay at the Rochester Anchorage.”
