“I love this property! But at the time of my stay the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly (maybe had an off day) and the dryer was not working. There was no out of order sign posted. I had already washed my load and had to run out to a laundromat to dry my clothes and it was just inconvenient. At checkout the lady that checked me out was very friendly, welcoming and super helpful! Overall this is my fav hotel when flying out of BUF! Super close and very convenient not to mention their……

“The breakfast was okay (a little lacking with some items either not available or not put out with the rest of the food, like maple syrup). Also the toaster didn't work properly and when we trued toasting bread, it never came out of the chute in the back! A worker looked at it for us. Other than that it was great!”
