“No amenities like soap and shampoo”

“Location is ok however not properly maintained. My nephew got a lot of insect bites on his back. Saw a lot of ants crawling on some areas. Some of the property staff are friendly some are not welcoming.”

“The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.”

“Not the best, room was OK. They did not give us the free breakfast which was stated in the email. We were 5 at the room and they only gave us 2 breakfasts saying there was an issue with hotel.com so just fine.”

“The staff were excellent, they will do above and beyond to please you, very courteous and respectful but the place needs a huge update. The bathroom drainage is poor and so it gets flooded right away. The furnitures in the room looks old and needs repair. I only need the room after a long day of touring the place and only for 2 days so we stayed. Our car also have a safe place to park.”

“The staff are very accommodating and their rooms are clean and cozy. Very cost efficient considering its location.”
