“Check-in was easy, and when the clerk did not know how to process my reservation (made through Hotels.com) he did the right thing to ask for help – quite professional. I chose this place as an inexpensive place to lay my head for one night; the cost felt like a bargain for the room I was getting. Certain parts of the hotel could use updating: cracks by the elevator call button, linoleum peel in the kitchenette (at least in my room), general unkemptness in the stairwells and exit corridors, etc.……

“We had the BEST stay and highly recommend!! The manager and staff are all super friendly and helpful. Team went out of their way to help celebrate Cuse graduating families with a lovely welcome reception and cookies and water til late! Breakfast is good and the rooms and facilities are all newly renovated and nicely furnished. They made sure everything was always set up in the morning for guests and tables were cleaned off so quickly. They have tables to have late night dinners post grad……

“I had issues with other guests’ dog barking and had to move rooms. Then, had to move rooms again for the second night of my stay. All of this was navigated patiently and with priority by the woman who works the night desk. She made it happen at minimal inconvenience to me. ”
