“When we arrived Mauricio greeted us, helped us check in, and also upgraded our room to the second level for free. The room is super big and clean. There’s a balcony and from it you can see/hear monkeys, macaws, parrots, iguanas, and so many more animals. We were also able to get reservations to Corcovado National Park through the person at the reception desk. “Hotel Villa Drake is a lovely small family run hotel at the top of the small town. The family are very friendly and happy to help, they cooked us a fresh breakfast every morning, even when we needed it at 5:20am. They arranged tours for us and the father is also a taxi driver so took us to the airport at the end of our trip for a reasonable price. “Wer Luxus mag ist hier falsch. Sehr einfache Unterkunft im Jungle mit einem so herzliche lieben Gastgeber. Das Essen ist toll die Lage im Jungle sucht ihres gleichen. Die Touren die Angebot werden sind definitiv authentischer als jene welche man in der Sirena Station geboten bekommt. “The property is completely new, well managed, very clean and overall really nice. It's quite centrally located in the middle of the village, which in Agujitas de Drake still means that you're mostly surrounded by rainforest. The owner and his wife are kind people and the breakfast included in the price is great. There's also a guest kitchen to be used, as well as an area for washing clothes.
