“Fantastic location, fantastic space, every accommodation I could have asked for. Including firewood, grill , and of course the separated bungalow for just the 2 of us. We brought our own chairs and grill not know what we would be finding. Turns out having the flat top came in handy, But completely unnecessary. Even provided 2 backup propane tanks. ”

“We had a very enjoyable stay. If course the weather cooperates. The place was clean and easily accommodated different age groups and activities. The pond was clean with loons entertaining. Plenty of towels, dishes, and kitchen more than adequate for food prep.”

“We had a great time and the house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for the family and amazing views. A 5 min drive to Mt. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W”

“Beautiful property on North Pond. We kayaked every day and my grandson basically lived in the pond. The house was immaculate and perfect for us! The loon lounge allowed the older adults to sleep in while I snuck over there with my 6 yr old grandson for a morning of games. In the evening it was enjoyed by the adults. Great pool table, pinball machine, arcade games, etc! The location is convenient to many location attractions with lots of hiking enjoyed by all! The grill came in handy as……
