“Wonderful hosts, they thought of everything we might need including many nice extra touches! Beautiful quiet spot with the opportunity to paddle boat, kayak, canoe, swim, fish, enjoy campfires, outdoor grilling, observe wildlife (Osprey, Bald Eagle, Deer)”

“We had a great time and the house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for the family and amazing views. A 5 min drive to Mt. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W”

“We had a very enjoyable stay. If course the weather cooperates. The place was clean and easily accommodated different age groups and activities. The pond was clean with loons entertaining. Plenty of towels, dishes, and kitchen more than adequate for food prep.”

“What a beautiful serene cottage on the lake. Our stay was impeccable…from the on going communication with the property manager to the card, flowers, and pie in the fridge. He knew we would be arriving late and went to turn on lights and make sure everything was ready for us to just hop in bed after a long day of traveling. “Beautiful home true to description. Very clean and very good communication with owners when needed. Game room was great and had a lot of different games to keep everyone busy. Truly remote location which brought peace and quiet. Restaurants are close especially loved 290 Maine. Great food and great staff. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a Great Lake house experience. ”
