“The hotel itself is great, but this time the experience was terrible. We stayed in Room 656, and from 1 AM to 4 AM, there was constant noise and commotion next door. It seemed like someone was drunk, and they were banging on the walls the whole time. I couldn't sleep at all throughout the night. The next day, I went to the front desk to negotiate a solution.
