“The room was a bit tight, but workable. There is no closet but lots of hanging room. The lighting is not the best outside but the bathroom makes up for it. Just a few blocks of a walk from Gaslamp central and Trolley station. The staff is the best- Chris and Bryan made my birthday weekend amazing!!! Most def will be returning! ”

“If I may start by saying this, everyone at the property is very professional and polite with all the guests. The rooms are good and it’s right in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter for all your fun and enjoyment. Definitely worth noting that they have events on the property and they’re a lot of fun and very interactive. Overall, my week at Gaslamp was great with a lot of great people and memories. ”

“• customer service - 5/5 - best customer service we’ve had from any hotel / resort • property - 5/5 - such a classy aesthetically pleasing hotel - I do wish there was a rooftop area or some sort of outdoor area • hotel room - 3/5 - we loved our hotel room - lots of pillows, comfy bed, the design & layout was beautiful & the bathroom was really nice - the only thing was that the air was a bit stuffy so we had to turn the a/c off & open the window for fresh air throughout the night. •……
