“Excellent stay in newly remodelled hotel. Furnishings are new. Complimentary Breakfast selection was very good lots of options, staff were amazing friendly and helpful. We stayed for the Cuse graduation and they had welcome party for guests with food and drinks. Room and bathroom was excellent. Overall highly recommend and close short drive to Syracuse University. Each morning Manager and staff came around tables to make sure everyone was having a good stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly……

“Terrible check in experience. Been told the system is down, wait outside with luggage for a hour and have to leave eventually because they “are working on it and don’t know how long it’s going to take”.”
