“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite……

“Room was clean and a good size, staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Overall it was a good value for the price paid, however it should be noted that the clientele at this place is a bit mixed. Most were regular travellers, but there were a number of folks - presumably locals - who were clearly dealing with some mental health / emotional / substance use issues. I never felt unsafe, but it's worth noting if you're travelling with kids. ”

“Booked room with jet tub, no plug for tub, could not use it, nothing for breakfast, room very dated, a lot of noise outdoors, area felt very unsafe. Would not recommend property ”

“The hotel was perfect for me to visit my son at CU Boulder. The room was comfortable. The common space in the lobby was spectacular. There were lounges everywhere! Perfect to have have a meal, do work, or just meet up. I was very pleased.”
