“Room and Bedding were clean and fresh. I am always happy w hard flooring vs. Carpets in a room so that was a key bonus for me. Pool and hot tub were clean and not over chemical laden. Breakfast room was clean w a decent selection. Check in and out was good, although I did ask about an early checkout and was told I was able to if needed BUT was not told there was a time constraint on this,.which hindered me getting a full refund for the night we didn'tstay. “My room was pretty clean...a few dust bunnies in the corners. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. Breakfast was standard fare, but acceptable. Only real issue was trying to regulate the temp in the room...always seemed to be too hot no matter how I adjusted the thermostat on the heating unit. (It was below zero both nights I was there, so perhaps the unit was trying to keep ahead. Overall, I would stay here again.”
