“We stayed in this property with 30 adults and several small children! Everyone had a comfortable bed and privacy, and the living room is genuinely large enough for our whole crew to eat at once! Appreciated the multiple stoves, ovens, and sinks too! The pool was a hit with everyone, and the beach is super close! We found the beach access to the left of the house easier to navigate to the beach over the dunes. We had a few small hiccups that were quickly handled by property management. The place……

“Five of us were celebrating a bachelorette party here. We planned it as a surprise and decorated while the bride-to-be was asleep. It was the perfect size for all of us, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and just steps from the beach and a few restaurants. We had a great time, highly recommend staying here”

“Convenient to my organized bicycling tour end 4/26 at Hampton Inn Elizabeth City (other hotels in the area were fully booked). Noisy — only 40 meters away from busy hwy US-17 and a high-pitched sound that seems to come from the room’s fridge/freezer; Bring earplugs. Pros: efficient fridge/freezer; business-like staff; clean (except for some stray pet hair). “Lovely home right on the beach, clean, spacious and well appointed. Pleanty of room to spread out. The property manager was very responsive to any questions or requests. Would definitely recommend. ”

“This property was exactly as listed and was excellent for our 3 night stay. Another couple of nights would have been perfect, but our schedule didn’t permit that. There were 6 of us - 1 kid, 2 teens, 2 parents, and 1 grandparent. The set up was great for our size group. The beach supplies were ample and the pools were fun - we only brought our beach towels and sunscreen from home. We would absolutely stay here again! Beach and bay views and easy walk to the beach.One tip - Don’t bother taking……

“House was in a perfect location and was plenty big for our family of 15. The kids loved the pool and the in house theater. However the house was pretty dirty, the appliances were dirty e.g the Dyson vacuum was filled with black spot, and many of the pots and pans were burned through the bottom and were in need of replacing. The two dishwashers were nice but the door of one was difficult to close and lock. ”
