“Lubbock TX and some of the hotels can be rough and dirty. Not so with this property. Clean and fresh. Yes, it’s immediately adjacent to the highway, but it seems sound abatement (at least on the front of the hotel facing the highway) was a focus during construction. The landscaping at any property is Lubbock is a significant, if not an impossible challenge. So a small negative on this one element. The ‘free’ breakfast was adequate. The staff polite, helpful and available. ”

“The hotel shows it’s years and needs some upgrades but what I care the most in hotels are their beds and those were very comfortable. I see a hotel as a place to sleep and this one offered the rest we needed!”

“Website is not accurate for amenities. Continental breakfast stopped serving since February 2025. Asked receptionist and the said website not accurate and hasn’t been updated since February. Shower selector valve was not working and they did fix while there. Other than that okay to stay.”
